Oak Ridge Investments Form ADV Part 2A available here for UBS advisory programs

Notice: Due to circumstances related to the effects of COVID-19, the Securities and Exchange Commission has issued an order extending the due date for delivery of Form ADV Part 2 Brochures. Oak Ridge Investments, LLC will be relying on this order for delivery of its Summary of Material Changes to Form ADV Part 2 Brochure to clients in certain investment advisory programs sponsored by UBS Financial Services Inc. because the vendor retained by UBS Financial Services Inc. to deliver these documents by mail on behalf of UBS Financial Services Inc. has encountered delays due to social distancing and other developments associated with COVID-19.  The current version of this Brochure is available here Oak Ridge FORM ADV PART 2A.
