Susan co-founded her firm in 2007 with a goal of delivering real solutions to client problems and a desire to advance societal development worldwide. More than 10 years later, she reflects on mentors who encouraged her to follow her passion and embraces the chance to pay it forward.

“I’ve been really fortunate to work with many talented professionals, both male and female,” she says.  “I think the best mentors I’ve had really encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and to take on the challenges and responsibilities that push me beyond what I think I’m capable of achieving.”

These are lessons she is excited to pass along to young professionals in the financial industry, especially women who are looking to grow into portfolio management roles.
